Shipping
All shipping will incur a minimal shipping charge, which KendoStyle will notify you of when you checkout.

Return Policy
If you would like to return a product, please contact us to request an RMA (Return Material Authorization) Number from our Returns Department before sending the merchandise back to our facility. Also, please confirm that the item you are returning meets our guidelines below:

  • Have a valid RMA number obtained within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
  • Original shipping fee(s) will not be refunded. If you took advantage of our FREE Shipping, at the time of purchase, the amount that will be refunded to you will be the item price minus the shipping cost for the item to be shipped to your address. KendoStyle will issue a refund once we receive the returned item, and confirm the RETURN / EXCHANGE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
  • The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the return.
  • Refund will be back to you via the method you used to pay for your merchandise. The refund transaction usually takes 1-2 weeks.

Exchange Policy
If you would like to return a product, please request a RMA (Return Material Authorization) Number from our Returns Department by e-mail, before sending the merchandise back to our facility. Also, please confirm that the item you are returning meets all of our guidelines provided below:

  • The exchange must be made within 7 days from the date the merchandise is delivered.
  • The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the exchange.

RETURN / EXCHANGE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Please note that KendoStyle will ONLY accept returns if the items meet the following terms and conditions.

  • Have a valid RMA number obtained within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • Original Condition/Unused/Unwashed.
  • If a Hakama is being returned, the white tags and strings that hold the Hakama pleats are in their original condition.
  • Free of filaments, such as Pet Hair, Lint, etc.
  • Original packaging.

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Customized Bogu.
  • All Customized products: (e.g. Zekken, Hakama with Himo (Strap Extension), embroidered items, Printed items).
  • Outlet / Dojo Discount products.
  • Shinai.
  • Products listed as NO RETURN.
  • Products are damaged after the items have arrived to the customer.

KendoStyle will only accept exchanges for items purchased in a set. Such examples would be the following:

  • Non-customized Bogu Sets.
  • Kendogi and Hakama Set.
  • Bokken Set
  • Etc.

I received the wrong product
KendoStyle will compensate you for the shipping fee only if we send you the wrong item. In such a case, we will issue a prepaid return label with the correct item and have you use the prepaid shipping label to send us back the wrong item.
